His past commercial projects include a 1,400-key high-rise residential development in Hawaii, multiple multi-family integrations in mixed-use redevelopments across the US, and expanding Ala Moana Center in Hawaii, which is now the largest and most valuable regional shopping center in the world ($6 Billion + in 2019).
